After former city secretary Penny Hobbs was arrested back in November twice for forgery, a court indicted Mrs. Hobbs on December 15, 2016, the following day she submitted her resignation. On December 27, a special council meeting was held when Mayor Anne Rushing and the council unanimously voted to accept her resignation and gave her vacation pay. Hence, you have an open position for the city secretary position of Clarksville, Texas.  Guess what? All you need is a high school diploma, a G.E.D and 5 years experience. More information below:
